Misty Klug, has been training both dogs and horses for more than 25 years. An avid team roper, riding ranch-and-roping horses was her first passion but it was not long before she started working with the herding dog breeds as well as the versatile hunting breeds. Their adaptability and intelligence led her to explore other areas of competition - obedience, agility, and hunt tests - in both of which she has been successful.
Misty is also a passionate hunter, resulting in the field training of her own dogs as well as client dogs and tests with the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA) and the American Kennel Club (AKC). She strongly believes that training and socialization are the keys to a happy dog and strives to make training fun and rewarding for everyone.
